Some have shared living rooms plus luggage storage and laundry facilities, which works fine for eight friends splitting up their bags and checking in at staggered times. That said, because rooms are spread out, it is hard for the whole group to gather in a single room, so this usually means booking several separate rooms together.

Airbnb Itaewon Rooftop Pool Villa

Among the rooftop style Airbnb listings in the Itaewon area, Modern Tasty is 10 minutes on foot from Itaewon Station and has 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and a maximum capacity of 6 people. Reviews mention it being used as a party space thanks to day and night views from the rooftop.

In the same area, there are also listings that use an entire floor, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, located 5 minutes on foot from Itaewon Station. Some allow use for parties or gatherings, but the rooftop and barbecue setup often require a separate fee and advance arrangement.

Yeogieotte Seongsu dong Aesthetic Stay

Searching Seongsu dong on Yeogieotte brings up many stay style properties with a heavy emphasis on interior design photos. Proximity to the cafe street is often mentioned as a strength, and many listings have reviews focused on booking for photo shoots.

That said, Seongsu dong listings skew toward small studio type stays, so properties that can hold eight people in one unit are relatively rare, and you need to check bedroom count and capacity individually on each listing page.

Searching with both Seongsu dong and number of guests entered on Yeogieotte is the way to go.

Booking.com Jongno Hanok Stay

A whole house hanok listed in Seochon on Booking.com is 5 minutes on foot from Gyeongbokgung Station and accommodates up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has ondol underfloor heating and a kitchen, and reviews mention laundry service and guidance to nearby restaurants.

Unlike room by room bookings, hanok style stays are booked as an entire house, which suits a group of eight friends gathering in one space well. That said, since traditional features such as steps and raised thresholds remain, groups with a lot of luggage should check the layout and movement paths in advance.
